Personal Envoy of President Sisi in the Serbian Embassy

Egyptian President Sisi sent on the 14th February.2018. the Chamberlain of the Presidency in the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Cairo with the aim to convey congratulations on the occasion of marking state holiday of the Republic of Serbia- Sretenje.
Ambassador J.Vukadinović expressed in his conversation with the High Representative his willingness to deepen the relations of the both countries in all fields,stressing the cooperation in the field of sport in the coming period and the need to intesify activities on the economic and cultural level.
The current political and security situation in  Egypt in the light of the upcoming presidential elections is also analyzed.


National Day 2018 and Armed Forces Day

Cairo, 11. February 2018 -  On the occasion of the National Day and the Army Day of the Republic of Serbia, Jugoslav Vukadinović, the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia, and Lt. Col.  Zvezdan Kricak, the Defense Attaché, hosted a reception at the Marriot Hotel in Cairo on February 11, 2018., attended by more than 200 guests, such as high officials of the Governmental institutions as well as Army and Police generals,  representatives of the MFA of Egypt, representatives of the Greek and Coptic churches, members of the Diplomatic and Military Diplomatic Corps, representatives from the fields of intellectual, politics, business, artistic and media societies as well as the Serbian community in Cairo.

ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT VISA REGIME BETWEEN REPUBLIC OF SERBIA AND ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN


Please note that the mutual visa waiver between Republic of Serbia and Islamic Republic of Iran for the holders of ordinary passports has entered into force on 1 November 2017 providing visa free entry, transit and stay up to 30 days.
