On the sidelines of her participation in the opening of the activities of the 52nd session of the Cairo International Book Fair, Dr. Inas Abdel Dayem, Minister of Culture met with Maja Gojkovic, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Cultutre and Information of the Republic of Serbia, to discuss ways of supporting and enhancing joint cooperation in various intellectual and arts fields between the two countries, with the participation of Sabry Sa'ed Chief of Foreign Cultural Relations Sector, and members of the accompanying Serbian delegation.
The meeting dealt with a discussion and review of the mechanisms for organizing a group of diverse creative events between the two countries and the participation of Serbian artistic teams in art festivals organized by the Ministry of Culture, in addition to developing a plan for cooperation in the field of translation and publishing for senior writers from both sides to present cultural and artistic experiences in both societies in addition to benefiting from  experts of Egyptian Arts Academy to train artists from Serbia.
