The Memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the Institute for International Politics and Economics and the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs.  Professor Branislav Djordjević, Director of Institute and H.E Mr. Ezzat Saad, Director of the Council signed the memorandum on behalf of their institutions. After signing the Memorandum, Professor  Djordjević held a lecture for the members of the Council. During the visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt, the delegation of the Institute of International Politics and Economics, with the full support of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia and H.E. Mr.Jugoslav Vukadinović realized very significant visits to Egyptian Ministries for: Foreign affairs, Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry.
The members of the delegation to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, were Prof. Branislav Djordjević, Director, Dr. Ivona Ladjevac, Coordinator of international cooperation, and H.E Jugoslav Vukadinović the ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Cairo The delegation was hosted by H.E. Mr Amr Ramadan, Assistant Foreign Minister for European Affairs. During the meeting  bilateral relations(111 year long) were discussed, as well as the intense dialogue between the two countries in promoting economic cooperation. Particular attention was given to multilateral forms of cooperation which should be an adequate response to hegemonism.
Prof. Dr. Amr Amin Adly, Deputy Minister for Universities Affairs, hosted a delegation of Institute at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The topics of the talks were possible joint projects, which will be precisely agreed upon by the representatives of respective ministries of the two countries at the upcoming meetings.
The delegation of Institute visited the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Cairo and got acquainted with the functioning of the Embassy, as well as with the life of the Serbian community in Cairo.
