Air Serbia is once again connecting Belgrade and Cairo after a  long break. Air Serbia previously the Yugoslav airlines (JAT) has officially restarted its connectivity with the Arab Republic of Egypt/Cairo on the 5TH of June 2019.
The passengers of the inaugural flight were treated to refreshments and presentation of Air Serbia and its new flight destinations (bearing in mind that it established 9 new destinations recently).
Amongst the first passengers of the flight to Cairo was  H.E Jugoslav Vukadinovic the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Cairo in plane "Novak Djokovic".
Ambassador Vukadinovic reiterated the importance of reinstating a direct flight to Cairo due to the fact that AR of Egypt is a regional hub of Africa and the Middle East, and with that Republic of Serbia will be the only country in the region of Western Balkans that operates a direct flight to Cairo.
