The academic painter and founder of the Artists Association from Kraljevo, Mr. Ivan Milunovic, opened the exhibition of his paintings in Cairo, in the presence of H.E., Ambassador Jugoslav Vukadinovic on March 3, 2019, and for the first time presented the skills he has applied in abstract art. The exhibition showed the development of contemporary artistic thought and postmodernist conception with the ingenious uses of materials and the attempts to achieve independence from the real world as a source of themes and ideas.

The exhibition was attended by numerous journalists and Egyptian artists who wanted to learn more about the work of Serbian artists, Serbian heritage and culture. After mutual exchange of experience, both sides expressed their desire and readiness for deepening and strengthening relations in the field of art, bearing in mind the long friendship between the Egyptian and Serbian people.
