29th  World Islamic Conference was held from 18 -20 January 2019 in Cairo in  presence of great number of  participants of state representatives with aim to upgrade mutual  cooperation   and to analyze  the various adopted projects in benefit for Islamic corpus in general. The Serbian Mufti of Belgrade,  Mustafa ef. Jusufspahic participated at  conference  and  meetings with ministers from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Jordan and UAE.

On the side line of Conference Mufti M. Jusufspahic discussed with Counselors for religions maters from Oman, UAE, Algeria and Bangladesh  as well with Muftis from Egypt, SA, Lebanon, Australia and Greece.

During the Conference, they discussed many projects, such as  establishing the World Academy for imams where Mufti M. Jusufspahic proposed that imams who finished studies of Islamic study in Belgrade would be accepted in the Academy without proposed fees. Moreover, after the end of the conference, Mufti of Belgrade visited ambassador of Serbia in Cairo and briefed him of results of his successful participation in World Islamic Conference.
