Serbian Ambassador to Egypt H.E. Dragan Bisenić, handed over gifts from Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić to His Holiness Pope Tawadros II in the Coptic Patriarchal siege in Cairo. Serbian president gave the Pope Tawadros II the Phototype Edition of Serbian Emperor Dušans Codification and Monograph about Christian heritage in Kosovo and Metohija.
During the meeting Ambassador Bisenić conveyed the greetings from Serbian President and seized that opportunity to post Pope Tawadros II with the current situation in Serbian Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija.
On his behalf Pope Tawadros II thanked and showed interest for the monasteries and cultural heritage of Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija and for the faith of the remaining Serbian population in the Province.
