Embassy of the Republic of Serbia participated with a great success at the “Carnival of Food: Salt and Bread”, which was held at Faculty of Art Education, Helwan University on 26th of April, 2015.
Numerous audiences consisted of the professors, students, professionals working in culture, arts, education, representatives of journalism: “Nile TV” as well as Serbian Diaspora, have had the opportunity to enjoy a variety in Serbia’s cuisine and one of the most popular traditional dishes: pasulj prebranac (Serbian beans), gibanica (prepared of several varieties of cheese), pita (bread with meat minced), musaka, proja (corn bread), etc.
For visitors touristic and other informative materials about Serbia were available at our stand.
